Two TOP-10 Finishes: Strong Season Opener in Pietra Ligure

Last weekend, the trails around Pietra Ligure were buzzing with action as the first UCI Enduro World Cup 2025 kicked off in Finale Ligure. Seven demanding stages with steep descents, root-laced singletracks, and technical rock sections pushed riders to their limits.

Simona Kuchynkova – Top-Ten Debut in the Elite
Our U21 World Champion stepped up to the Elite Women category this season – and instantly claimed 8th place! A fantastic debut for the young Slovak, proving she can compete with the sport’s most experienced riders.

Zakarias Johansen – 7th in the Pro Men
Sweden’s Zakarias Johansen impressed with a stellar performance, finishing 7th. “I’m super happy to be up there with the best and to show what I can do!” he said after the race.

Team Performance & UCI Points
Together with teammate Fredi Matz, the CUBE Action Team scored crucial points for the UCI MTB Team ranking – securing 3rd place overall.

The New Bikes
Racing on the latest CUBE Stereo ONE77 and ONE55 models, the team was perfectly equipped for the demanding Enduro tracks.
