Reliability we’ve seen – and felt
Last week Zak, Freddy and team boss Claus paid a visit to NEWMEN’s headquarters in Kempten im Allgäu. Why? Because we wanted to know exactly what goes into the rims we rely on 100% when we’re racing.
First, we got an in-depth look at the production of our BESKAR rims. Every detail, every finish – it’s impressive how much know-how and precision goes into them.
Next it was on to the in-house test centre. And what can we say: we were blown away. Using its own test rigs, NEWMEN simulates the real loads that occur in racing – and does so more uncompromisingly than any other manufacturer. Our BESKAR rims regularly go through the toughest tests there – just as we push them on the toughest trails in the world.
To finish, we passed our racing experience straight on to the development team. Because real feedback from real races is worth its weight in gold to NEWMEN – and goes directly into further development.
Thanks to the whole NEWMEN team for an exciting day, honest insights and a great exchange!
