Jonas’ Begeisterung für Extremsportarten manifestiert sich nicht nur auf dem Mountainbike, sondern auch in der Freizeit, wenn er dem Klettern und Skifahren nachgeht. Aus seiner erfolgreichen Downhill-Vergangenheit schöpfend, repräsentiert er nun seit vier Jahren als Kernfahrer des CUBE Actionteams Stärke und Geschicklichkeit in der Enduro World Series.

What do you do when you are not on the bike?

When I’m not on the bike, I do some kind of sport like climbing, skiing or ski touring or I spend my time in nature.

How do you motivate yourself?

The best way to motivate me is music and the right biking weather like blue sky or pouring rain. Both are cool.

What do you do before the start?

Before the start I warm up, concentrate on the course and breathe in and out deeply.

Where do you prefer to train?

I prefer to train in Innsbruck, because there are countless trails and training possibilities on and off the bike.

What is important to you on your bike?

My bike should function as quietly as possible, which always works.

What are your goals?

My big goal is to achieve a top 20 position in the Enduro World Series and to perform consistently.
